Carolinas Weight Management & Wellness Center was created in 2007. Our facility is unique, as the first facility in the region to combine medical and surgical weight loss programs within the same center. This joining of resources allows our center to provide the most comprehensive and advanced medical and surgical options available to assist you in weight loss, weight maintenance and wellness.

Our mission is to encourage people to live healthier lifestyles and to provide our patients the resources needed in support of this process.
