Physical activity is an important part of any long-term program goal to improve your health and maintain weight loss. Exercise not only promotes the loss of body fat, but also helps build muscle mass. Our goal is to assist you develop a long term home exercise program. Two sets of fitness resistance bands are included to assist you in your home exercise program.

In the medical pathway, you will meet one on one with the fitness trainer. In this session, you will receive a personalized exercise prescription, including tips that are appropriate for you on cardiovascular exercise as well as weight and strength training.
