New! Monthly Medical Patient Support Group!

We are now offering a medical patient support group monthly!!  The group will be facilitated by Erin Thompson, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Michael Slomba, Registered Dietitian.  This support group will typically occur on the 2nd Tuesday evening each month unless there is a holiday conflict.  The February meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, February 21st d/t Valentine's Day falling on the second Tuesday.  The support group will meet from 6-7pm at Carolinas Weight Management.  This support group is free of charge.  Please call 704-355-9484 if you have any questions.  Thanks!
